time using my services, please read FAQs. Please
complete this form and tell me what you need. You
are under no obligation. We'll get back to
you immediately to discuss your project. Please note
that your photo session is not booked until after I receive
your deposit or payment, as required. Photo sessions
are booked on a first-come, first-served schedule according
to when we receive the form and payment. Thank you
